Bella had been prowling the streets of Brookings as a panther for the last few hours. Not many people were up this late and it was the perfect time for her to run around in her cat form and stretch her muscles. She did this every so often, usually during the week when there was a curfew and people were in bed by nine. She was a creature of the night and slept mostly during the day and came out to play when the moon woke up. Mira's large paws were silent against the pavement as she weaved her way down the middle of the street. Her long tail waved back and forth in a sensual wave. After a few moments she stopped and sreached out her front paws, her rump going up into the air as she stretched out the muscles in her back. A purr sounded in the silence, it felt fantastic to move about in her true form. Even though she had spent the first sixteen years of her life as a human, being a panther seemed normal to her.
She continued her walk again, sniffing the ground as she neared the end of the residential section of town and reached the part of town that she truly enjoyed. Mira found what she was looking for soon enough, a small bag that she had stuffed some clothes into earlier in the day so that when she came prancing into town as a panther she'd have something to change into. Even though she had no problem roaming naked as a human, the officials in the town didn't really like it. And she wasn't about to spend another night in their tiny little jail cell when she could be out and about enjoying herself. She stepped into the alleyway where her bag was waiting and shifted back to her human form. The sounds of bones cracking and grinding filled the air for a few moments before Mira was back to herself.
She slipped on the slinky clothes from her bag and then tossed it over her shoulder. Even though it was freezing at night now she walked the street in a pair of jean shorts and a green tank top that showed off most of her belly. She had a plan to seduce someone tonight and take them home for some exercise. And she couldn't do so with winter clothes on. She found her pair of sandals and slipped them on so she could start her journey to the bar of choice for the night. Coming out of the alley she glanced up and down the block. For a small town there were actually quite a few choices when it came to bars, she figured these people needed to have something interesting in this boring little town.
Deciding to go left tonight she headed down the street, strutting her stuff the best she could in flip flops. The soft sounds of slapping followed her until she stopped and stared. It was a blank canvas of a building in the middle of a street that had busy store signs and bar specials. It intrigued her in a way that most things didn't. She cocked her head to the side, she couldn't hear much going on inside and figured it was closed up. When she went to push against the door, however, it opened with ease. She slipped inside and waited a few minutes as her eyes adjusted to the dim lighting.
It looked like the makings of a bar, one that was currently in the middle of a renovation. She stepped forwards, the soft slapping sounds still trailing her with each step she took. She picked up the bits and pieces of things here and there and inspected them. She still didn't hear any sound and started to wonder if maybe the place had been abandoned, or if the owner had just been careless and left the door unlocked. She glanced up and around the room, satisfying her curiosity and then returning her attention to the stuff lying about.
"What is this?" She picked up something black and watched it fall into pieces in her hand. A few of the pieces clattered to the floor and in true cat fashion, Mirabella hissed and jumped in surprise, bumping into something that had been behind her.
