Dahlia is a bit of a whirl wind when it comes to her personality she is all over the place. She is a friendly individual who has a very soft and caring side and who is always willing to lend a helping hand. Though she is not one to easily be taken advantage of and will put you in your place if she thinks you are trying to. People tend to like her and well she likes the company of others as well, hating to be alone and the silence that comes with it. She is a young mother and her little girl means the world to her, she tries her best to be a good mother but is still young herself and likes to indulge in things like clubbing, drinking and partying on occasion. She hates having split custody of her daughter with her ex, but on the positive side it does give her time to go out and do adult things.

She isn't just some sweet friendly girl though. She is that video clerk that will playfully tease and give you a hard time when you rent adult movies. Not afraid to tell people what is on her mind or put them in place if need be. Dahlia is very witty, likes to crack jokes and even a bit sarcastic. Likes to go out and have fun and enjoy the world, something she hopes to pass along to her daughter, a sense of wonder and adventure. She is also that girl that even though she puts a smile on her face she is struggling with life, raising a child, is lonely and trying to find her own place in the world.

Dahlia's history starts with her parents, Desiree and Arnold Williams. Arnold was once a hunter who hated those who were gifted or "supernatural" and followed in his families footsteps to become a hunter. At the time they were both still fairly young, in their mid twenties. Desiree and Arnold would meet purely by chance as Arnold was on a Hunting mission for his guild. Injured and left for dead by the demon he was hunting. He was found unconscious by Desiree, who was gifted with healing powers and used them to heal him. When he came around, his memory was very foggy and he was unclear as to what had just happened or how he was even still alive. Desiree who had seen the whole attack explained herself and what had just happened. She had a kind heart and even if he was a hunter she could not just let him die. As you can imagine this wasn't quite enough to give Arnold a instant change of heart, but it did get him thinking that maybe what he was doing was wrong. It wasn't love at first site in fact it took Arnold several months to have a change of heart and to track down Desiree, the young woman who had saved him.

When he found her the two started with a unlikely friendship, which consisted of constant bickering and poking at each other. This grew into understanding and caring for one another and eventually turning into love. Of course their relationship had to be kept a secret since he was still a hunter. After some time Desiree became pregnant and the two decided to get married in secret. Arnold would then leave his life as a hunter behind and take his pregnant wife and move from France to america to get away from the guild. They were always constantly looking over their backs, worried some one might find them but for the following 8 years they were able to live a peaceful white picket fence kind of life.

When Dahlia was 7 years old is when tragedy would strike her family. Somewhere along the way the Williams had slipped up which lead to them being found by the Guild that Arnold had belonged to. The hunter who found them murdered Desiree and then killed Arnold who died protecting his wife. Dahlia had somehow managed to stay in hiding until the hunter was gone and police arrived at the scene. The young girl would then spend 3 years in the foster system before being adopted by the Abbotts. Life became a little more easier for Dahlia at this point in her life, she was able to relax and have a normal child hood. She grew to love the Abbotts who always treated her as their own, loved and cared for her. They would eventually send her to a school where she could learn to use and control her gifts.

When it came to her regular schooling Dahlia always did very well, she was able to pick up things quickly and was quite bright. It helped that she actually liked doing school work for some odd reason. When it came to her powers though she lacked in that area as they were not particularly strong but she at least was able to gain control over the small amount of power she did have. Staying busy during her teenage years she got involved with lots of school activities, school events and even sorts. She much preferred to be around her peers and stay busy that doing nothing at home. Even though she was constantly busy this was probably the least stressful time of her life with the least amount of worries.

After graduation she decided to move to Brookings, Nevada wanting to experience the world by herself though that was as far as he managed to get. She started to settle into a life their, working different part time jobs to pay the bills. Not long after living their she met Benjamin, a boy she thought was the love of their life. Their relationship went way to fast, many mistakes were made, and she would eventually end up pregnant with his child at the age of 20. They stayed together for several years even through their disfunctional relationship. When she found out she was pregnant Ben was actually excited, things got better for a while but it didn't stay that way. They tried to make things work, but it just didn't so just 5 short months after their daughter Rayna was born for them to decide the best thing to do was split up. They managed to stay friends, so maybe they were just never meant to be lovers and they shared custody over their child.

Dahlia is in no way living the high life or even the easy life any more. At least for the most part she is happy though and making things work the best she can. During the day she works part time at the video rental store in town and at night waitresses at the bar. Its not impressive but it pays the bills and in a small town like Brookings you don't have many options.

`` ABILITY/POWER Water Manipulation, Dahlia doesn't really use her powers any more as she is trying to live a relatively normal life. The only time she every really uses her powers any more is for silly things like keeping the water in the glass she just spilled from falling on the floor or making the water flow faster to water the lawn.

`` STRENGTHS She is quite good at manipulating small amounts of water, but that is about her only real strength that and control over her power.

`` WEAKNESSES Not using her powers regularly she has become a bit rusty when she does use them. Her power in general is not very strong, manipulating large bodies of water is out of the question anything much bigger than a 5ft deep pool that you keep in your back yard she cant manipulate or control. She also can not generate large amounts of water and when it comes to generating it she is very slow at it.
