`` POSITIONS ;
Below is a list of the positions most often found inside a guild. If you're wanting to create a guild for yourself you will need people to help you run it. These descriptions are for the average guild and can be tweaked to fit your personal preferences.
MASTER
The Master is in charge of the entire Guild. They rarely leave the country their Guild is located in, and for the most part stay within or close to the building. A few work from behind a desk, while others will actually go out and act as a Hunter or Informer. They usually work their way up the ranks to become a Master, though some Guilds are passed down through the bloodline. And either female or males can run the corporation. Besides that, Master's are the head, the neck, and the soul of every Guild and are to be protected and respected above all other things.
HUNTER
Depending on which Guild you're dealing with, Hunters have two jobs. In most Guilds, the Hunters bring in those with magic, either to have the Master question them, to be killed, or whatever the Guild has planned for them. In some Guilds, the Hunters kill those they are sent after. Hunters are usually lean, strong, fast, and for the most part quite intelligent, they're trained in a few different fighting techniques, and are treated as princes by the Guild. Considering many Hunters do die while on the job.
INFORMER
Informers basically take notes on their potential targets. They provide the Hunters with all the information they will need on each target. From how old, how tall, and where they live, to where they hang out, who they hang out with, and all basic - personal information. Informers are slick, sly, and able to get away and get around anything. They're also trained in a few fighting styles, however on their job they rarely have to use them. Informers don't usually die while on the job, unless they are found out. Yet, with their high intelligence, it rarely happens.
TASKER
Taskers are some of the select few who come in contact, or even see the Masters of each Guild. [some Masters do however stay connected with their guild and gets to know everybody] Taskers take the jobs that the Master gives out, and personally give them to the Hunters/Informers.
RECRUITER
Recruiters, recruit! They go around and select those they believe will be good for their Guild. Those who are smart enough and who appear loyal enough to work with their Guilds.
HOLDER
If the Guilds require that Hunters bring back the targets, then Holders are the ones responsible for them once they're back at the Guild. They don't physically hold the targets, nor are they attached to them in anyway. Holders act as babysitters, they watch the targets while in their cells, accompany them everywhere, and very rarely have abilities themselves.
SECURITY
These guys are in fact security. Though they are quite buffer, and better compensated then usual security officers.
SECRETARY
Secretaries probably have the trickiest job of them all. Secretaries have to make their building actually appear to be, whatever it is, it's supposed to be. They have to be expert liars, tricky, slick, and above all intelligent. They are also the right hand to the Masters. They work along side them, and do what needs to be done. Though, they rarely see any action.
